It is located at 800 meters from the small village of Conca Dei Marini where you can find food stores, pizzeria and a couple of bars and the bus stop to nearby towns. The beach is at 30 minutes’ walk down the ancient stone stairs; you will reach the Tonnarella shore consisting of pebbles and crystal water! Our Casa Valentina features a 60 square meters of Sea view private Terrace equipped with an external shower, a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor summer dining, a living room that includes a sofa and TV, the master bedroom containing a king size bed, whilst the other bedroom has 2 single beds, one large full bathroom with enclosed shower/tub. Rooms are air conditioned and winter heated. The well-stocked kitchen includes a gas stove, an electric oven, toaster, clothes-washer, fridge and refrigerator, as well as a wooden table with 6 chairs.
